The Phil Thomas Super Sport 45 Hydro hull is all epoxy glass. There are 4 different cowls available, Stealth, Streamline, Bud styl turbine, 7-11 style turbine, and grand prix hydro style. The engine well is molded into the hull and the motor mount t-nuts are installed in a ¼ ply doubler. The cowling is all epoxy glass and is fitted to the hull.

	Phil Thomas Hydros Dominate

	In 2002 Phil Thomas Hydros dominated 1/8th scale and Sport 40 racing in IMPBA District 14. Carl Graff won the IMPBA District 14 scale hydro points race with his Phil Thomas Hydros 82U55 - Miss Houston. The IMPBA District 14 sport 40 points championship went to Dennis Wright, CarlGraff 2nd place and Johnathon Bennedict 3rd place. Top 3 finishers were using Phil Thomas Super Sport 45 Hydros.
