Welcome to the Atlanta Model Boaters, the premiere IMPBA radio controlled boat club in the Southeast. The Atlanta Model Boaters have been in existence since 1971.� For over 20 years now we have been located in Southwest Atlanta, just off of I-285 on Naturally Fresh Blvd. The AMB site features a large pond with oval and offshore courses, a 2-story driver's/cd stand, a concrete pit area, and ample parking for trailers and rv's. In 2003 the AMB hosted the IMPBA GAS NATIONALS.�Annually we are proud hosts of the Atlanta Spring Nationals and the newly formed Gas Championships. Each year, hundreds of boaters converge on the AMB site for some of the fastest, most intense racing in the nation. Click on the contacts tab for directions to the pond and come check out the action.
